- Abstract:
- Objective: To observe the curative effect of modified Heat － removing and Spleen － purging Powder and Daochi Powder on PSEK ( progressive symmetric erythrokeratodermia) children． Method: The 20 cases of PSEK children were randomly and evenly divided into observation and control groups． The observation group was treated with Heat － re- moving and Spleen － purging Powder combined with Daochi Powder，1 dose a day，coordinating external application of Trixéra + Selectiose Emollient Cream; the control group was cured by external applicatin of Compound Lactic Acid Oint- ment and Trixéra + Selectiose Emollient Cream． Both group accepted 3 courses and 7 days a course． Ｒesults: After 7 － day，14 － day and 21 － day treatment，the total effective rates of observation group were 100% and those rates of control group were 80% ，90% and 90% respectively． Conclusion: Chinese Medicine is effectively unique in PSEK children and worth popularizing．
