- Abstract:
- Professor Zhou Qingfa believes that deficiency of spleen qi of the constitution and transferring or delaying or erroneous treatment,lack of proper treatment are the causes and pathogenesis of HS ( nephrotic syndrome) edema,in- vigorating the spleen and inducing diuresis for removing edema is the therapeutic principle. Huangmu Erbai Decoction is used as the major prescription. Syndrome differentiation depends on patients clinical manifestations and treatment de- pends on classification of zheng: initial stage,intermediate stage,end stage of the disease.
