- Abstract：Guideline for diagnosis and treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy combined with disease and syndrome was published in the Journal of traditional Chinese medicine in September，2021.The guide adopts the idea of combining disease and syndrome，the three-stage syndrome differentiation standard of traditional Chinese medicine focusing on numbness，pain and muscle atrophy symptoms and the syndrome differentiation treatment based on this.It takes the syndrome differentiation and indicators as the supplement of syndrome differentiation and treatment.At the same time，it includes a large number of modern pharmacological studies of single medicine，pair medicine and horn medicine，and also discusses in detail some special prescriptions，proprietary Chinese medicine and physiotherapy.The purpose of this paper is to interpret the diagnosis，treatment and rehabilitation of Guideline for diagnosis and treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy combined with disease and syndrome.
