Abstract:: Objective: To explore the efficacy and mechanism of Fuzheng Qutan Recipe combined with cisplatin in the treatment of non － small cell lung cancer． Method: Taking Fuzheng Qutan Recipe as a tool，40 LL /2 tumor － bearing C57BL /6J mice were divided into control group，cisplatin group，tradi tional Chinese medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group，with 10 in each group． The tumor volume was measured on the 3rd，7th，14th and 21st day． After the 21st day，the tumor was sacrificed． The spleen，thymus，and tumor tissues were weighed． The tumor tissue was examined by immunohistochemistry to determine the number of tumor cells． Result: Tumor inhibition rate: integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group ＞ cisplatin group ＞ Chinese medicine group ＞ control group; the spleen index and thymus index of the mice with lung cancer in Fuzheng Qu tan Recipe group and the combined group were higher than that of the cisplatin group，and the differ ence was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0． 05) ． Conclusion: Fuzheng Qutan Recipe can improve the immu nity of the body，has a certain anti tumor effect，and can relieve the side effect of cisplatin to the body.The combined use of Fuzheng Qutan Recipe and cisplatin can obviously improve the survival rate and the quality of life．
