- Abstract:

Objective: To summarise Professor Chen Huade’s clinical experience and academic thought in treating
vertigo. Method: The clinical experience and academic thought of Professor Chen Huade's diagnosis and treatment of ver tigo were summed up and summarized by consulting the literature,studying with the teacher,collecting and analyzing the
clinical data of typical cases. Result: Professor Chen believes that vertigo can be divided into three categories: cervicogen ic vertigo,cerebral vertigo and aural vertigo. Qi and blood deficiency and spinal marrow malnutrition are the fundamental
pathogenesis. He also attaches great importance to the combination of syndrome and disease differentiation,and uses
characteristic therapy to treat vertigo,with good clinical results,which fully embodies the advantages of acupuncture treat ment,and worthy of research. Conclusion: The use of Professor Chen's experience in the treatment of vertigo can correct ly identify the pathogenesis and effectively treat vertigo,providing guidance for the clinical practice of vertigo,and has
certain clinical significance and market promotion value.
