Abstract:: Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Tianhan Xiaoke Tea Tablets． Method: In this experiment，Tianhan Xiaoke Tea Tablets was used to detect fasting blood glucose in normal mice，fasting blood glucose in hyperglycemic model mice，and post － glucose glucose in hyperglycemic model mice to study the hypoglycemic effect of Tianhan Xiaoke Tea Tablets． Result: Tianhan Xiaoke Tea Tablets in the 1． 80g /kg BW group can reduce the 0． 5h blood glucose level in hyperglycemic model mice after glucose administration ( P ＜ 0． 01) ，and it has no effect on fasting blood glucose in normal and hyperglycemic model mice． Conclusion: Tianhan Xiaoke Tea Tablets has hypoglycemic effect．
