- Abstract：Objective To explore the effective components and mechanism of Xuchangqing-Zicao-Difuzi in the treatment of eczema through network pharmacology. Methods Firstly, TCMSP platform was used to search the chemical components and action targets of Cynanchum paniculatum, Arnebia and Fructus rehmanniae, and the targets for the treatment of eczema were screened in four databases:DrugBank,OMIM,GeneCards and TTD; Secondly, the target gene was annotated through Uniprot database, and the drug disease intersection gene was obtained by Venny 2.1 online tool; Moreover, in Cytoscape 3 7.1 construct the disease target network of Xuchangqing-Zicao-Difuzi and eczema on the software, and then construct the PPI protein interaction network with string; Finally, KEGG pathway enrichment analysis and go function enrichment analysis were carried out by David. Results A total of 20 active components such as baicalin B, acetylshikonin, 11,14 eicosadienoic acid methyl ester and 49 targets such as PTGS2 and ADRB2 were screened by Xuchangqing,Zicao and Difuzi. A total of 1702 effective targets of eczema were retrieved in the disease library, and 19 intersection targets were obtained. 24 GO items were obtained by GO functional enrichment analysis (P<0.05), and 10 signal pathways were obtained by KEGG enrichment analysis (P<0.05), mainly involving arachidonic acid metabolism and other signal pathways. Conclusion It is preliminarily demonstrated that the action mechanism of Xuchangqing-Zicao-Difuzi may improve eczema through signal pathways such as arachidonic acid metabolism, so as to provide some reference for clinical and related experimental research.
