- Abstract:
- Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of wind－stopping，collateral－dredging and blood－activating needling on obstacle of limb movement due to apoplectic sequela to provide basis for its clinical application． Method: To- tally 60 patients conforming the standard of obstacle of limb movement due to apoplectic sequela from Oct，2016 to Mar， 2017 were randomly divided into treatment ( needling combined with western medicine group) and control groups ( western medicine group) ． After 2 treatment courses，the clinical improving condition were compared between the two groups． Ｒesults: In comparison of the baseline，NIHSS and FUGL － MEYEＲ score as well as Barthel index，there is no statistical significance between the two groups ( P＞0．05) ． However，after the one or two sessions，the research results of two groups were significantly different ( P＜0．05) ． Conclusion: Wind－stopping，collateral－dredging and blood－activating needling is helpful in improving patients’neurologic impairment，limb function and activities of daily living． The combining treatment is superior to pure western medicine．
