- Abstract:
- Objective: To observe the effect of Gongliuxiao capsule on the volume of ectopic endometrium in rats with endometriosis． Method: 52 successful models of female rats were randomly divided into model group，Guizhi Fuling capsule group，Gongliuxiao capsule low，middle and high dose group． After 28 days of gavage，ectopic endometriotic tis- sues were removed and the histopathological changes of ectopic endometrial lesions and the volume changes of ectopic le- sions before and after treatment were observed． Ｒesult: Gongliuxiao Capsule，especially the middle and high dose，can destroy the normal ectopic endometrial tissue of rats． Conclusion: Gongliuxiao capsule can inhibit the growth of ectopic le- sions．
