- Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine，Xianyang China，712000) Abstract: In the treatment of renal hematuria，chief physician Lei Genping，by identifying the types of TCM etiolo gy and pathogenesis，determines the type of treatment for the disease． Mr． Lei thinks that the TCM symptoms of renal hematuria mainly includes the following four types: wind － heat attack from the outside burning kidney collateral，constraint and stagnation of the qi mechanism causing static blood obstructing collaterals，damp heat inside injuring kidney，spleen － kidney depletion with deficiency of both qi and yin． Medication according to different types showed affirmative curative effect．
