- Objective: To observe the effects of auricular point sticking combined with mindfulness decompression on the life quality of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with psychological disorders after PCI. Methods: 72 patients with psychological disorders after PCI in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases in each group; the control group was given routine nursing interventionmeasures such as health education, diet and exercise guidance, drug management, etc. ; the treatment group was given auricular point sticking on the basis of the control group. After 8 weeks of continuous intervention, anxiety and depression degree, angina symptoms, quality of life and self - efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of SAS and SDS in the treatment group were ( 32. 45 ± 5. 12) and ( 32. 35 ± 5. 14) respectively after the intervention,while those of the control group were ( 37. 26 ± 5. 28) ( 38. 12 ± 5. 21) respectively, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) ; after intervention, the scores of all dimensions of SAQ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after intervention, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05) ; after intervention, the scores of CQQC in the treatment group were ( 69. 54 ± 7. 46) and ( 50. 86 ± 5. 67) in the control group ( P < 0. 05) ; the general self - efficacy scale ( GSES) score in the treatment group was ( 3. 64 ± 0.05) After the intervention, the GSES score of the control group was ( 2. 86 ± 0. 51) , and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: The comprehensive intervention program of auricular point sticking combined with mindfulness decompression therapy can improve the negative emotions and clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI, and improve the quality of life and self - efficacy of patients.
