- Abstract：With the popularization of electronic products and the change of social environment，the number of patients with dry eyes is rising.At present，there is no specific treatment method for dry eyes.As the quintessence of Chinese medicine，acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect on dry eyes.The commonly used clinical methods include acupuncture，moxibustion，and acupuncture and moxibustion combination.From the perspective of efficacy，both acupoints can be selected based on syndrome differentiation to nourish Yin and clear heat，harmonize Qi and blood，and regulate the whole bodys Yin and Yang，strengthen the vital Qi and eliminate evil；From a safety perspective，it avoids potential toxic side effects of the drug and is green and safe.Different acupuncture methods，combined acupuncture，have shown good therapeutic effects，providing multiple treatment methods for clinical practice，and the longterm efficacy is longlasting.It can not only reduce patients' medical expenses，but also alleviate the social and economic burden to a certain extent.
