摘要:
古方是祖国医学之重要组成部分之一，灵活应用古方对提高临床疗效大有裨益，是攻克疑难杂症之 试金石，活用古方需要夯实基础; 谨守病机，知常达变; 重视经方，不轻时方，唯效是求; 病证互参，灵活选方。古 方之灵活应用是提高疗效之重要环节。
Abstract:
Ancient formula，as one of important parts of Chinese medicine，is the touchstone for conquering incurable diseases，which is of great advantage in improvement of clinical effect if flexibly prescribed，whereas the solid foundation is required to build． Abide by pathogenesis and change by constancy; emphasize classical formula and do not ignore current prescriptions for only seeking curable effects; examine both diseases and syndromes and select prescriptions flexibly． The flexibility of applying the ancient formula is important for improving the curative effects．
