乳痛症是临床上困扰众多女性的疾病，严重影响了女性的生活质量。侯俊明教授充分发挥中医内
外特色治法优势，运用其经验组方，疏肝理气，健脾和胃，内服结合外敷治疗乳痛症，有效缓解了女性乳房疼痛问
题，其经验独到，疗效满意，值得借鉴推广。
- Abstract:

Mastalgia is one of diseases clinically troubling women and has a serious impact on women’s quality of life． Professor Hou Junming has made the empirical formula to regulate liver qi and strengthen spleen as well as stomach， which combines oral taking and external application in treating it，giving a full play to TCM advantages of internal and ex- ternal unique therapies． The formula can effective relieve the breast pain，worthy of promotion．
