女性尿道综合征初起多为实证，久病伤正虚实夹杂，雷根平主任医师认为其久病以“胆热脾寒”为
显著表现，并在多年临证探索中发现，将柴胡桂枝干姜汤用于辨证治疗本病临床疗效颇佳。
- Abstract:

Female urethral syndrome is mostly empirical from the beginning，long illness damages healthy qi with
deficiency and excess mixed． Chief physician Lei Genping believes long illness is manifestated by " heat gallbladder and
cold spleen" and finds，in his exploration of clinical practises over years，that Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction has good
clinical effect in the treatment of the disease．
