摘要:
目的 通 过 中 华 生 存 质 量 量 表 观 察 针 灸 治 疗 对 癌 症 骨 转 移 患 者 放 化 疗 后 生 存 质 量 的 影 响 ； 方法 通过 对 我 院 １００ 位 癌 症 骨 转 移 放 化 疗 患 者 分 别 进 行 中 药 常 规 治 疗 、 针 灸 治 疗 ， 采 用 中 华 生 存 质 量 量 表 及 疼 痛 评 价标 准 对 所 选 患 者 进 行 评 分 ， 并 进 行 统 计 分 析 ； 结果 中 药 组 疼 痛 缓 解 总 有 效 率 为 ５６． ００％， 针 灸 组 疼 痛 缓 解 总 有 效率 为 ８０． ００％， 针 灸 组 明 显 优 于 中 药 组 （ Ｐ ＜０． ０５） ； 中 华 生 存 质 量 量 表 第 一 维 度 神 、 形 、 情 评 分 ， 针 灸 组 均 高 于 中药 组 （ Ｐ ＜０． ０５） ， 第 二 维 度 中 气 色 、 睡 眠 、 喜 、 思 维 、 眼 神 、 语 言 表 达 评 分 ， 针 灸 组 均 高 于 中 药 组 （ Ｐ ＜０． ０５） ， 怒 、 悲忧 两 方 面 评 分 则 针 灸 组 低 于 中 药 组 （ Ｐ ＜０． ０５） ， 其 余 各 项 评 分 比 较 ， 两 组 无 明 显 差 异 （ Ｐ ＞０． ０５） ； 结论 针 灸 治 疗可 明 显 改 善 癌 症 骨 转 移患者 放 化 疗 后 生 存 质 量 ， 且 效 果 较 常 规 中 药 治 疗 好 。
Abstract:
To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the quality of life of cancer patients with bone metastasis after radiotherapy and chemotherapy by using the Chinese Quality of Life Scale. Methods: 100 cancer patients with bone metastasis in our hospital were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion respectively. The selected patients were scored by the Chinese Quality of Life Scale and pain evaluation criteria, and statistical analysis was made. Results: The total effective rate of pain relief in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 56.00%, and that in the acupuncture group was 80. 00%. The acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group ( P < 0. 05) ; the score of the first dimension( spirit, shape, emotion) of the Chinese Quality of Life Scale was higher in the acupuncture group than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group ( P < 0.05) ; the score of the second dimension( complexion, sleep, happiness, thought, expression in the eyes, language expression) was higher in the acupuncture group than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group ( P < 0. 05) ; while the score of anger and sadness in acupuncture group was lower than that in traditional Chinese medicine group ( P < 0. 05) .There was no significant difference in other scores between the two groups ( P > 0. 05) . Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment can significantly improve the quality of life of cancer patients with bone metastasis after radiotherapyand chemotherapy, and the effect is better than that of conventional Chinese medicine treatment.
