摘要:
目的 观察粉身散加减治疗脚气的临床疗效?方法 选取 2018年 8月 ~2019年 1月符合纳入标准的 72例脚气病患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组 2组,每组 36例,治疗组采用粉身散加减制成鞋垫进行治疗,对照组采用盐酸特比萘芬乳膏涂抹进行治疗?结果 治疗 3个月后,用 SPSS22.0对治疗组和对照组的临床观察评分表所得结果进行数据分析,经卡方检验分析结果可知,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组临床观察评分治疗前后及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)?结论 粉身散加减治疗脚气疗效比较满意,安全性好?
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating the Beriberi by Fenshen Powder Modified Treatment.Method 72 cases who conform to the standard with the Beriberi ranging from August in 2018 to January in 2019 are selected and divided into treatment and control groups with 36cases in each according to the random number table. The treatment group are dealt with the insoles made by the Fenshen powder modified therapy, whereas the control group are given the Terbinafine Hydrochloride Cream. Result After a treatment of 3 months, the SPSS22. 0 is used to do a data analysis of the clinical observation scores in the two groups. The analysis of the result by Chi - square? Test shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group, and the difference is of statistical significance( P <0. 05) . By comparing the clinical observation scores in two groups before and after treatment, the difference is of statistical significance ( P <0.05) . Conclusion The curative effect of treating the Beriberi by Fenshen Powder Modified therapy is satisfying and secure.
