摘要:
探究中医治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的用药规律,以更好地指导临床用药?方法 以 CNKI数据库?万方 ?维普为检索库,检索 2000年 ~2018年中医方药治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的文献,采用 MicrosoftExcel2007建立中药处方信息表,利用 SPSS22.0软件,分别采取频次分析?聚类分析?因子分析进行数据分析?结果 临床治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽常从“肺”“脾”“肝”“肾”“风”“痰”“瘀”论治,治疗以宣肺止咳为主,佐以健脾化痰?活血化瘀?佐金抑木?结论 应用数据分析方法探索小儿过敏性咳嗽中医方药的用药规律研究,可以更加直观和明确地为临床用药提供参考依据?
Abstract:
Objective To explore the medication rule in treating the infantile anaphylactic cough to guide the clinical medication . Method To retrieve the literature ranging from 2000 to 2018 on the infantile anaphylactic cough in the search libraries like CNKI, Wanfang and VIP to set up the prescription information form by Microsoft Excel 2007, and then to analyze the data by frequency analysis, clustering analysis and factor analysis by means of Spss22. 0. Result The treatment of the infantile anaphylactic cough should start from the lung, spleen, liver, kidney, wind, phlegm, and stasis, and ventilating the lung and relieving the cough is the primary purpose while medicines of tonifying spleen and removing phlegm, promoting blood circulation to remove stasis should serve as adjuvant. Conclusion The statistical analysis of the medication rule in treating the infantile anaphylactic cough can directly and definitely provide the reference for the clinical practice.
