摘要:
目的评述针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床研究现状?方法检索中国知网数据库?维普中文科技期刊数据库?PubMed英文数据库?检索时间从2015年1月至2020年12月?纳入文献提取的数据信息主要包括文献的发表数量?诊断标准?治疗方法与结果?腧穴选择与操作手法?治疗时间与疗程?及目前存在的问题等?结果针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病的文献自2015年以来呈逐年增多的趋势,诊断标准和疗效标准的使用缺乏统一和规范?治疗方法主要有两类,一类为针灸疗法配合药物治疗,一类为各种针灸疗法的单独或组合运用?单独作为干预措施使用的针灸疗法以体针?头针和电针居多?使用频率较高的腧穴依次为百会?神庭?四神聪?玉枕?风府等?结局指标以有效率为最多?结论目前不论何种针灸治疗方法对阿尔茨海默病患者都有一定的治疗效果?与此同时,如何优化腧穴配伍?针刺手法?治疗过程中把控质量控制,从而获得最佳疗效,都将是以后临床研究的重点?
Abstract:
Objective To review the clinical research status of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating Alzheimer’s disease. Methods China national Knowledge infrastruture Database, Weipu Chinese Sci - tech Periodical Database and PubMed English Database were searched. The retrieval time is from January 2015 to December 2020. The number of publications, diagnostic criteria, treatment methods and results, acupoints selection and operation techniques, treatment time and course, and existing problems were extracted for this research. Results The literature on acupuncture treatment of Alzheimer’ s disease has been increasing year by year since 2015, and the use of diagnostic criteria and curative effect criteria is not unified and standardized. There are two main treatment methods, one is acupuncture combined with drug therapy, and the other is acupuncture alone or in combination. Body acupuncture, scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture are mostly used as intervention measures. The most frequently used acupoints are Baihui( DU 20) , Shenting( DU.24), Sishencong( EX - HN1) , YVzhen( BL9) and Fengfu( DU 1b) . The most important outcome index is effective rate.Conclusion At present, no matter what kind of acupuncture treatment has certain therapeutic effect on Alzheimer’ s disease patients. At the same time, how to optimize the compatibility of acupoints, acupuncture techniques, and quality control in the treatment process, so as to obtain the best curative effect, will be the focus of future clinical research.Objective To review the clinical research status of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating Alzheimer’s disease.
