摘 要：目的 观察辰时温中健脾饼灸联合五行音乐干预急性胰腺炎恢复期肝郁脾虚型的胃肠功能情况，分析与营养水平、患者心理弹性的关系，为临床实践提供有力的证据。方法 选取2017年7月—2020年7月在我科住院诊断为急性胰腺炎恢复期肝郁脾虚型患者62例，使用数字表法随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组各31例。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予辰时温中健脾饼灸联合五行音乐治疗。7 d后观察两组患者胃肠功能中医证候积分、营养指标（血清白蛋白水平、血红蛋白水平、体重）及患者心理弹性等有无差异。结果 治疗7 d后，与治疗前比较，两组患者的中医症候积分均降低，且治疗组降低更加显著，与同期对照组比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，两组患者的血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、心理弹性各项评分均升高，且治疗组升高更加显著，与同期对照组比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者的体重较治疗前稍增加，但是组间比较不明显，无统计学意义，（P＞0.05）。结论 辰时温中健脾饼灸联合五行音乐干预急性胰腺炎恢复期肝郁脾虚型改善脾胃气机升降失常以及脑-胃-肠轴活动，减轻炎症反应并调节心理弹性，促进胃肠功能的恢复，提高机体营养水平和免疫力。
Abstract:
