摘 要： 目的 观察耳聋左磁丸配方颗粒联合穴位注射地塞米松和胞磷胆碱钠对肾阴亏虚型老年突发性耳聋患者的疗效。方法 选取2018年12月—2020年11月在我院就诊的符合各项标准的肾阴亏虚型老年突发性耳聋患者98例，应用随机数字表法均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组口服泼尼松片联合银杏酮脂滴丸和甲钴胺治疗，治疗组口服耳聋左磁丸配方颗粒，联合穴位注射地塞米松和胞磷胆碱钠，两组疗程均为10 d。观察患者的听力平均阈值、并发症疗效及其临床疗效。结果 疗程结束后，所有入组者在 0.25 kHz、0.5 kHz、1 kHz、2 kHz、4 kHz、8 kHz 的听力平均阈值均显著下降，同组患者疗程结束前后相比存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且治疗组患者上述指标在治疗后显著低于对照组，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，对照组和治疗组耳鸣、耳闷、听觉过敏或重听、眩晕等并发症有效率及总有效率的组间比较，均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 耳聋左磁丸配方颗粒联合穴位注射地塞米松和胞磷胆碱钠治疗肾阴亏虚型老年性突发性耳聋在改善听力、提高有效率方面优于常规疗法，今后有待进一步深入研究。
Abstract:
