摘 要:目的 探讨不同产地的黄精药材品质差异。方法 通过紫外分光光度法测定不同产地黄精总糖含量,醇沉结合除蛋白计算不同产地黄精粗多糖和多糖含量,红外光谱比较不同产地黄精所含多糖官能团差异,DPPH清除率评价不同产地黄精多糖抗氧化能力。结果 云南和河北产多糖含量较高,湖南和湖北产黄精多糖红外结构差异较大,贵州产多糖DPPH清除率能力最强。结论 生长环境不同导致其黄精所含多糖及抗氧化能力存在差异,为黄精优质种源的筛选提供了参考依据。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study the quality difference of Rhizoma Polygonatum from different habitats.Methods The total sugar content of Polygonatum sibiricum from different habitats was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The crude polysaccharide and polysaccharide content of Polygonatum sibiricum from different habitats were calculated by alcohol precipitation combined with protein removal. The functional groups of polysaccharide in Polygonatum sibiricum from different habitats were compared by infrared spectroscopy. The antioxidant capacity of polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide from different habitats was evaluated by DPPH clearance rate. Results Polysaccharides from Yunnan and Hebei were higher than those from Hunan and Hubei. The infrared structure of polygonatum polysaccharides from Hunan and Hubei were different, and the DPPH clearance rate of polysaccharides from Guizhou was the strongest. Conclusion The polysaccharide and antioxidant capacity of Rhizoma Polygonatum are different due to different growth environments, which provides a reference for the selection of high-quality provenance of Rhizoma Polygonatum.
