摘要:
摘 要:目的 探讨清窍胶囊对分泌性中耳炎(secretory otitis media,SOM)大鼠中耳黏膜组织中HIF-1α表达的影响。方法 建立分泌性中耳炎模型,分别给清窍胶囊低、高剂量治疗组大鼠灌胃给予0.0036 g·mL-1和0.0072 g·mL-1的药物治疗;采用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察组织的病理学变化;采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测中耳灌洗液中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)含量;采用免疫组化检测中耳黏膜组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(Hypoxia-Inducible Factors-1α,HIF-1α)的表达。结果 清窍胶囊低、高剂量组与模型组相比坏死细胞、炎性细胞浸润及纤维组织减少;中耳灌洗液中VEGF含量及中耳黏膜组织中HIF-1α的表达均降低。结论 清窍胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎具有较好的疗效,能够通过缓解中耳组织缺氧情况,抑制VEGF的表达,从而对治疗SOM取得较好疗效。
