摘要:
纤维肌痛综合征( fibromyalgia syndrome,FS) 是一种以全身多处肌肉疼痛及发僵为主,伴有疲乏无力 等多种症状的非关节性风湿病,FS 的发病与炎症介质介导相关,针刺具有抗炎镇痛作用,且能改善局部微循环。 现对 FS 的发生机制,以及针刺治疗 FS 的机理进行综述,以便为 FS 的针刺治疗提供新的理论依据支持,为其治 疗提供新思路、新方法。
