摘要:
近年来非小细胞肺癌发病率和病死率均迅速上升，曹利平主任医师认为其病机多为肺脾气虚，痰瘀互结，邪毒内生，在治疗上强调清肺热，化痰湿，佐以健脾益气；通过对非小细胞肺癌术后、放化疗后、靶向治疗后患者的中医治疗临床研究，总结有效方剂清金固本汤治疗肺热痰湿证非小细胞肺癌，有效改善患者生存质量，延长生存期。
Abstract:
In recent years,the incidence and case fatality rate of non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) are rapidly increasing and the pathogenesisis believed to be lung and spleen qi deficiency,intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis as well as endogenous pathogenic toxin.The treatment attaches great importance to clearing lung heat,resolving phlegm-dampness and invigorating spleen and supplementing qi.Cao Liping,a chief physician, through his clinical researches on patients condition after NSCL Coperation,radio therapy and chemotherapyas well as targeted therapy,put forward an effective decoction—Qingjin Guben decoction for lung-heat and phlegm-damp NSCLC.It can effectively improve patients quality of life and prolong the survival period.
