摘要:
目的 介绍张卫华教授推拿治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床经验，为临床推广应用提供依据。方法 通 过查阅有关文献、临床跟诊，观察临床效应，与老师病案讨论，进而总结其经验。结果 张教授的经验为注重解 剖，分析病因，自创本病四点触诊法，主要应用定点和仰卧旋转扳法治疗。结论 张教授推拿治疗本病手法独特， 效果显著，值得推广价值。
Abstract:
Objective:To introduce Professor Zhang Weihua’s clinical experience in treating atlanto － axial sublux- ation with massage and provide basis for clinical application． Method: Discussing with the teacher on medical records and then summarizing his experience through looking up relevant literature，clinical follow － up and observing clinical effects． Ｒesult: Professor Zhang’s experience reveals emphasis on anatomy and pathogenesis analysis． He created four － point palpation which is mainly applied to fixed and supine rotating pulling manipulation． Conclusion: Professor Zhang’ s massage proves both unique technique and remarkable effect and is worth promoting．
