摘要:
目的 观察醒脑开窍针刺法结合吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法 收集临床 脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者 68 例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组 34 例，两组均给予营养神经、改善微循环等药物 基础治疗，治疗组采用醒脑开窍针刺法配合吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗，对照组给予吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗，疗程为 3 个 月，治疗前后通过肌电图及洼田饮水实验评判疗效。结果 治疗过程无异常情况，治疗组患者中治愈 4 例，显效 15 例，有效 10 例，无效 5 例，总有效率 85． 29% ; 对照组患者中治愈 2 例，显效 5
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with dys phagia treatment apparatus in treating dysphagia after stroke． Method: 68 patients with post － stroke dys phagia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 34 cases in each． Both groups were given nutrient nerves，improved microcirculation and other drug － based treatment，besides，the treatment group were given Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with dysphagia treatment apparatus， while the control group were treated with dysphagia treatment apparatus，the course of treatment was 3 months． The efficacy was evaluated by electromyography and Kubota Water Swallow Test before and after treatment． Result: There were no abnormal conditions in the treatment process． In the treatment group，4 cases were cured，15 cases markedly effective，10 cases effective，5 cases invalid，the total effective rate was 85． 29% ; in the control group，2 cases were cured，5 cases markedly effective，18 cases effective，9 cases invalid，the total effective rate was 73． 53%，and the difference of curative effect in two groups was statistically significant ( P ＜0． 05) ． Conclusion: The curative effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture com bined with dysphagia treatment apparatus in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke is better than that of dysphagia treatment apparatus only，and it is worthy of clinical promotion．
