摘要:
目的 基于中医传承辅助系统（Ｖ２． ５）软件，探析肖纯教授治疗外感咳嗽的处方用药规律。 方法 收集整理肖纯教授治疗外感咳嗽的病历 ２３９ 例，录入“中医传承辅助系统（Ｖ２． ５）”，利用该软件的集成规则分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类、四气五味归经数据分析等方法，分析挖掘肖纯教授治疗外感咳嗽的用药规律。 结果 对筛选出的 ２３９ 个处方进行数据分析，明确药物使用频次及药物间的关联规则，提取核心药物组合 １６ 个，挖掘分析得到治疗外感咳嗽新方 ８ 个。 结论 肖纯教授治疗外感咳嗽经验
Abstract:
To explore Professor Xiao Chun’ s medication rules in the treatment of exogenous cough based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System ( V2. 5) . Method 239 cases of Professor Xiao Chun＇s treatment of exogenous cough were collected and sorted out, and were input into “ Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System” ( V2. 5) . And then Professor Xiao Chun＇s medication rules for exogenous cough were explored and analyzed by methods such as the software＇s integrated rule analysis, improved mutual information method, complex system entropy clustering, unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering, four odors and five flavors meridians data analysis. Result Data analysis was carried out on the selected 239 prescriptions, the frequency of drug use and the association rules between drugs were clarified, 16 core drug combinations were extracted, and 8 new prescriptions for treatment of external cough were obtained. Conclusion Professor Xiao Chun has rich experience in treating exogenous cough. He mostly uses the method of regulating the liver, the lung and strengthening the spleen. ventilating lung qi for dissipating phlegm runs through the whole process, and adds or subtracts treatment according to its concurrent symptoms.
