摘要:
目的测定花仙宫血胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1的含量,建立花仙宫血胶囊质量控制的含量测定标准?方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱:Kromosil ODS C18(5μm,200×4.6mm);流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(24:76);检测波长:203nm;流速:1.0mL/min?结果人参皂苷Rg1在0.85-8.50μg线性范围间呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994,n=6);平均加样回收率为105.80%(RSD=0.74%,n=6)?结论HPLC法测定花仙宫血胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1方法准确?操作简便
Abstract:
To determine the content of ginsenoside Rg1 in Huaxian Gongxue Capsules and establish the quality control standard for Huaxian Gongxue Capsules. Methods: high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) was adopted, chromatographic column: Kromosil ODS C18 ( 5 micron, 200 x 4. 6 mm) ; mobile phase: acetonitrile -0. 05% phosphoric acid solution ( 24: 76) ; detection wavelength: 203 nm; flow rate: 1. 0 ml/ min. Results: There was a good linear relationship for ginsenoside Rg1 ranging 0. 85 - 8. 50 UG ( r = 0. 9994, n = 6) , and the average recovery was 105. 80% ( RSD = 0. 74%, n = 6) . Conclusion: Determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Huaxian Gongxue Capsules by HPLC is accurate, simple, stable and reliable. It can be used for the content control of Huaxian Gongxue Capsules.
