摘要:
慢性胃炎合并焦虑抑郁，临床高发，症状反复发作，相互影响。马卫平主任中医师治疗此病颇有心得，认为本病的主要病机为脾胃升降失常，肝郁气滞，痰瘀互结；治以升清降浊、疏肝行气、化痰活血法；选用半夏泻心汤合用癫狂梦醒汤辨治，取得显著临床疗效。
Abstract:
Chronic gastritis combined with anxiety and depression has high clinical incidence, recurrent symptoms and mutual influence. He believes that the main pathogenesis of this disease is abnormal ascension and descent of the spleen and stomach, stagnation of liver - qi and stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis; the main treatment methods are ascending and clearing turbidity, soothing liver and promoting qi, resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation; Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Diankuang Mengxing Decoction are selected to treat this disease, and has achieved remarkable clinical effect.
