摘要:
研究酸枣不同部位提取物的制备工艺,并进行体外抗氧化活性研究?方法 以总黄酮为指标优选酸枣不同部位提取物的最佳制备工艺,并制备酸枣不同部位的提取物,以表儿茶素?橙皮苷?槲皮苷?异槲皮苷?山奈酚 -3-O-芸香糖苷?槲皮素 -3-O-洋槐糖苷?槲皮素 -3-O-β-L-阿拉伯糖苷 -(1→2)-α-L-鼠李糖苷为黄酮类指标成分进行含量测定;以酸枣仁皂苷 A?酸枣仁皂苷 B?白桦脂酸?斯皮诺素为皂苷类指标成分进行含量测定,并对其以 Vc作为阳性对照进行总还原能力?羟自由基清除能力?DPPH自由基清除能力的研究?结果 结果表明,酸枣仁?酸枣果肉?酸枣面?酸枣叶均有体外抗氧化活性,且不同部位提取物与 Vc相比总还原能力大小为酸枣叶 >酸枣仁 >酸枣面 >酸枣果肉;DPPH自由基清除能力为酸枣仁 >酸枣果肉 >酸枣叶>酸枣面;羟自由基(?OH)清除能力为酸枣面 >酸枣叶 >酸枣果肉 >酸枣仁?结论 酸枣不同部位提取物具有体外抗氧化活性,为后续产品开发提供一定的依据?
Abstract:
Objective To explore the preparation technology of extracting different parts from the wild jujube and make a research on the antioxidant activities. Method To optimize the extraction preparation tehcnology with the total flavonoids as the index and prepare the extracts and evaluate the ingredients with the epicatechin, hesperidin, quercitrin, isoquercitrin, kaempferol -3 - o - rutin, quercetin -3 - o - acacia, glucoside, quercetin -3 - o - toy - l - arabinoside - ( 1 → 2)- leben - l - rhamnoside as the index component of flavonoid. Jujube rensaponin A, jujube rensaponin B, betulinic acid,spinosin serve as the index component of saponins to evalute the ingrediants. A research on total reduction capacity, hydroxyl free radical scavenging capacity, DPPH free radical scavenging capacity is done with the Vc used a positive control. Result Jujube kernel, jujube pulp, jujube surface and jujube leaf all had antioxidant activities in vitro, and the totalreducing capacity of extracts from different parts was jujube leaf > jujube kernel > jujube surface > jujube flesh compared with Vc. DPPH free radical scavenging capacity was jujube kernel > jujube flesh > jujube leaf > jujube surface. The scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical ( ? OH) was jujube surfacer > jujube leaves > jujube flesh > jujube kernel.Conclusion The extracts from different parts of the wild jujube have antioxidant activity in vitro.
