摘要:
摘 要：“三因制宜”是中医学重要的治疗原则，是指根据季节、地域、人群之不同制定适宜的治疗方案，是“同病异治、异病同治”思想的重要体现。因时制宜是其重要组成部分。传统观点认为，“因时”是指不同季节气候对人体疾病会产生影响。鱼涛主任医师结合多年临床实践，创新性的提出因时制宜的“时”还应该包括时代，即“因时代制宜”，不同时代，因政治、经济、文化等不同，也会对人体及疾病的发生发展产生重要影响，即自然环境会对疾病的发生发展产生影响，同样社会环境也会对疾病的发生发展产生重大影响。当今时代，自然环境、社会环境均发生了深刻的变化，疾病谱也随之发生改变，在此复杂多变的环境中，“三因制宜”的与时俱进，对于当今时代疾病与病人的辨证论治显得尤为重要。
Abstract:
Abstract：“Suit measures according to three categories of etiological factors system” is an important treatment principle in Chinese medicine,which refers to the formulation of appropriate treatment plans based on different seasons,regions,and populations.It is an important embodiment of the idea of “treating different diseases with the same disease” and “treating different diseases with the same treatment”.Adapting to the times is an important component of it.The traditional view holds that “time” refers to the impact of climate on human diseases in different seasons.Based on years of clinical practice,Chief physician YU Tao innovatively proposed that the “time” should also include the era,that is,“adjusting to the times”.Different times,due to different politics,economy,culture,etc.,will also have an important impact on the human body and the occurrence and development of diseases,that is,the natural environment will have an impact on the occurrence and development of diseases,and the social environment will also have a significant impact on the occurrence and development of diseases.In today's era,both natural and social environments have undergone profound changes,and the spectrum of diseases has also changed accordingly.In this complex and ever-changing environment,“Suit measures according to three categories of etiological factors system” that keep up with the times is particularly important for the differentiation and treatment of diseases and patients in today's era.
