摘要:“营气不从,逆于肉里”理论出自于《黄帝内经》,营气逆乱而卫气从之,卫气逆乱于肉理,化热痈而腐肉,腐肉溃而成疮。慢性皮肤溃疡是指在正常生理状态下的组织修复过程中,超过4周创面仍无法趋于愈合倾向的组织缺损,其病理因素为“热”“瘀”与“虚”相关,基本病机在于久病体虚,营卫不畅,气血瘀滞,肌肤失养,溃口难敛难愈。故皮肤湿性医疗技术运用于慢性皮肤溃疡的诊疗有显著疗效。
Abstract:
Abstract:The theory of “Ying Qi does not follow,but goes against the flesh” comes from the Inner Canon of Huangdi.Ying Qi goes against chaos while Wei Qi follows,and Wei Qi goes against the flesh,transforming heat into carbuncle and rotting flesh,and rotting flesh into sores.Chronic skin ulcer refers to a tissue defect that,after more than 4 weeks of normal physiological tissue repair,the wound cannot tend to heal.Its pathological factors are related to “heat”“blood stasis”,and “deficiency”.The basic pathogenesis is long-term physical deficiency,poor health,stagnation of Qi and blood,skin loss of nourishment,and difficulty in healing ulcers.The application of Wetskin Medical Technoligy in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic skin ulcers has significant therapeutic effects.
