摘要:
目的观察中西药配合控制肝癌腹水的临床疗效。方法将103例患者随机分为两组。治疗组52 例，对照组51例，两组患者均采用西药常规治疗，治疗组另外用实脾散治疗。2周为1个疗程。结果治疗组(总有效率59．62%)明显优于对照组(总有效率29．41%)。结论实脾散配合西药治疗肝癌腹水临床疗效显著 优于单纯西医治疗组。
Abstract:
ObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleffectofChineseandWesternmedicineinthetreatmentofascitesdue tolivercancer．Methods103patientswererandomlydividedintotwogroups．Thetreatmentgroup52casesand51cases ofthecontrolgroup，twogroupsofpatientsweretreatedwithwesternmedicine，thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithShipi Powder．2weeksfor1coursesoftreatment．Ｒesultsthetreatmentgroup(totaleffectiverateof59．62%)wassignificant-lybetterthanthecontrolgroup(totaleffectiverate29．41%)．ConclusionTraditionalChinesemedicinecombinedwith westernmedicinetreatmentoflivercancerascitesclinicalefficacyisbetterthanthesimplewesternmedicinetreatment group．
