摘要:
目的 探索三仁汤合痛泻要方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法 选择我院脾胃病科收治 的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者 86 例，随机分成治疗组( n = 43) ，对照组( n = 43) ，治疗组运用三仁汤合痛泻要方加 减，对照组运用匹维溴胺片、蒙脱石散和双歧杆菌乳酸杆菌三联活菌片，两组疗程都为 4 周，比较两组患者的临 床治疗效果。结果 治疗组的总有效率为 97． 7 % ，对照组的总有效率为 74． 4 % ，两组治疗总有效率比较差异有 统计学意义( P ＜ 0． 05) 。结论 三仁汤合痛泻要方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效明显优于对照组，值得进一 步探讨。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome) patients on Sanren Decoction combined with Tong Xie Yao Fang ( Important Formula for Painful Diarrhea) ． Method: The 86 cases of IBS patients hos- pitalized in Spleen and Stomach Department were randomly divided into treatment and control groups ( n = 43) ; the treat- ment group received the modified Sanren Decoction and Tong Xie Yao Fang，while the control group was given Pinaverium Bromide Pills，Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets，both with 4 weeks a course，to compare the therapeutic effect of medicine in both groups． Ｒesults: The total effective rate of treatment group was 97． 7% and that of control group 74． 4% ，the difference compared the two groups had statistical meaning( P ＜ 0． 05) ． Conclusion: the effect of Sanren Decoction combined with Tong Xie Yao Fang in treating diarrhea of IBS patients significantly of treatment group superior to those patients of control group and it is worth further developing．
