摘要:
目的 观察心衰合剂对慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果观察，方法 本次研究对象为我院门诊受收治 的 ７０例慢性心力衰竭患者，患者就诊时间为 ２０１６年 ３月 １日 ～２０１７年 ８月 ３０日为止，采取西药常规治疗患者 为对照组，而在西药治疗基础上，使用心衰合剂治疗的患者为治疗组，对两组患者的临床治疗效果、心功能疗效 以及不良反应情况进行观察以及分析。结果 治疗组患者的临床治疗效果、ＢＮＰ水平明显优于对照组患者，且其 治疗过程中的不良反应发生率，要明显低于对照组，差异较为明显，Ｐ＜０．０５，研究结果具有统计学意义。
Abstract:
To observe the therapeutic effect of Heart Failure Mixture on patients with chro- nic heart failure and provide reference for clinical treatment． Method: The subjects of the study were 70 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in the outpatient department of Huyi TCM Hospital from March 1，2016 to August 30，2017． The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine，the patients in the treatment group were treated with western medicine combined with Heart Failure Mixture． The clinical efficacy，cardiac function and adverse reactions were observed and analyzed． Result: The clinical efficacy and BNP level of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group，and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process was signifi- cantly lower than those of the control group，the difference was obvious，P ＜0． 05，the results were sta- tistically significant． Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of patients with heart failure，on the basis of basic treatment，the use of Heart Failure Mixture not only significantly increased the clinical treatment effect，but also greatly reduced the adverse reactions，which has high clinical research value．
