摘要:
沿用分经审证的方法,将六经各自证型,按主证?经证?腑证(或脏证)?兼证?兼病等几个方面进行分类,并附以相应方剂?同时,探讨六经辨证机理,认为伤寒六经的形层说与西医组织胚胎学的三胚层极为相似;六经之气的变化与物质的新陈代谢密不可分;伤寒六经的传足不传手之说,伤寒论重视脾?肾?肝的作用,重视精?气?神的调节与机体神经内分泌免疫调控密切相关?
Abstract:
In the first part of this paper, the six meridians are classified according to the main syndromes, classical syndromes, viscera syndromes ( or viscera syndromes) , concurrent syndromes and concurrent diseases, and the corresponding prescriptions are attached. The second part explores the mechanism of differentiation of six meridians, and holds that the theory of the morphology of the six meridians of typhoid fever is very similar to the triploblastic layer of Western medicine histology and embryology; the change of Qi of the six meridians is closely related to the metabolism of substances. The theory of typhoid fever attaches importance to the function of spleen, kidney and liver, and the regulation of essence, Qi and spirit is closely related to the regulation of neuroendocrine and immune system.
