摘要:
白发是指部分或者全部头发变白，其发病机制有遗传因素、毛囊色素干细胞活性失常、维生素及矿物质缺乏、药物，也是一些诸如系统性疾病的部分表现。中医主要根据脏腑气血辨证探讨其机制。现代医学目前尚无特效药物。中医药虽然积累了很多经验用药，但疗效的稳定性并不如意。对于白发，无论在发病机制和治疗上都存在着诸多挑战。
Abstract:
White hair refers to the whitening of some or all of the hair. Its pathogenesis includes genetic factors, abnormal activity of hair follicle pigment stem cells, vitamin and mineral deficiency, drugs, and some manifestations such as systemic diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine mainly discusses its mechanism based on syndrome differentiation of viscera and Qi. There is currently no specific drug in modern medicine. Although Chinese medicine has accumulated a lot of experience and medication, the stability of its efficacy is not satisfactory. For white hair, there are many challenges in terms of pathogenesis and treatment.
