摘要:
肯尼迪病是一种 Ｘ连锁隐性遗传性疾病，属于临床罕见的疑难病症。刘小斌教授为国医大师邓铁 涛教授学术继承人，认为本病多因先天禀赋不足，脏腑虚损所致，并传承邓铁涛教授“强肌健力，益气健脾，培补 肝肾”法治疗本病，所用方药对于延缓肯尼迪病患者症状进展，提高生活质量取得不错的疗效。２例基因确诊的 患者，病程较长，长期规律服用中药调理，随访数年，现可正常进行日常活动，故以分享，以飧同道
Abstract:
Kennedy's disease is an X - linked recessive hereditary disease that is a rare clinically difficult condition. Professor Liu Xiaobin is the academic heir of Professor Deng Tietao, a master of Chinese medicine. He believes that the cause of this disease is due to the deficiency of innate endowment and the deficiency of viscera and organs, and inherits Professor Deng Tietao’ s method of “ strengthening muscle, boosting qi and fortifying the spleen, supplementing liver and kidney” to treat this disease. It has a good effect in delaying the progression of symptoms in patients with Kennedy disease and improving the quality of life. In this paper, 2 patients with confirmed genetic disease have a long course of disease, and take long - term regular Chinese medicine conditioning. After several years of follow - up, they can now carry out daily activities normally. So the paper can also serve as some reference for colleagues.
