摘要:
观察加味六味地黄汤对人毛乳头细胞增殖和分泌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法 分别采用低、中、高浓度的含加味六味地黄汤大鼠血清作用于体外培养的人毛乳头细胞,用四甲基偶氮唑蓝 (MTT)法测定细胞增殖活性;ELISA法检测细胞培养上清液中 VEGF蛋白含量。结果 与对照组相比,加味六味 地黄汤对细胞增殖的影响不明显,无统计学意义(P! 0.05);在分泌 VEGF方面,中、高浓度的加味六味地黄汤 组促分泌作用明显,且具有量效关系,差异有统计学意义(P" 0.05,P" 0.01)。结论 加味六味地黄汤对人毛 乳头细胞增殖无显著影响,但能明显促进毛乳头细胞 VEGF的分泌,加味六味地黄汤可能是通过增加毛乳头细 胞 VEGF的分泌来促进毛发的生长
Abstract:
To observe the effect of Modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the proliferation and secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) in human dermal papilla cells. Methods: Human dermal papilla cells cultured in vitro were treated with rat serum containing Modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction at low, medium and high concentrations. Cell proliferation activity was measured by MTT method, and the content of VEGF protein in cell culture supernatant was detected by ELISA method. Results: Compared with the control group, the effect of Modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on cell proliferation was not significant ( P > 0. 05) ; in the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor, the medium and high concentration of Modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group had obvious secretion promoting effect, and had dose - effect relationship, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01) . Conclusion: Modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction has no significant effect on the proliferation of human dermal papilla cells, but it can significantly promote the secretion of VEGF in human dermal papilla cells. Modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction may promote hair growth by increasing the secretion of VEGF in dermal papilla cells.
