摘要:
目的 观 察 针 刺 十 三 鬼 穴 联 合 认 知 疗 法 治 疗 肝 郁 气 滞 型 抑 郁 症 的 临 床 疗 效 。 方法 随 机 把 ７６ 例 肝 郁气 滞 型 抑 郁 症 患 者 分 为 针 刺 十 三 鬼 穴 联 合 认 知 疗 法 治 疗 组 和 西 药 对 照 组 ， 各 ３８ 例 ， 其 中 治 疗 组 取 穴 为 人 中 、 隐白 、 风 府 、 承 浆 、 间 使 、 上 星 、 大 陵 、 曲 池 、 颊 车 、 少 商 、 申 脉 、 会 阴 、 海 泉 （ 十 三 鬼 穴 ） 针 刺 ， 并 联 合 运 用 认 知 疗 法 进 行治 疗 ； 对 照 组 给 予 口 服 氟 西 汀 片 ， 两 组 疗 程 均 为 ６ 周 。 结果 治 疗 ６ 周 后 ， 治 疗 组 总 有 效 率 为 ８１． ５８％， 对 照 组 为６３． １６％， 治 疗 组 优 于 对 照 组 （ Ｐ ＜０． ０５） ； 治 疗 组 和 对 照 组 均 能 有 效 降 低 患 者 ＨＡＭＤ 评 分 ， 增 加 患 者 血 清 ５ － ＨＴ含 量 ， 差 异 有 统 计 学 意 义 （ 均 为 Ｐ ＜０． ０５） 。 结论 针 刺 十 三 鬼 穴 联 合 认 知 疗 法 治 疗 肝 郁 气 滞 型 抑 郁 症 疗 效 优 于西 药 氟 西 汀 。
Abstract:
To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture of Thirteen Evil Acupoints combined with cognitive therapy in treating depression of liver and qi stagnation and its effect on serum 5 - HT content. Methods: 76 patients with depression of liver and qi stagnation type were randomly divided into the treatment group of acupuncture at Thirteen Evil acupoints combined with cognitive therapy and the control group of Western medicine, 38 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture at the points of Renzhong, Yinbai, Fengfu, Chengjiang, Jianshi, Shangxing, Daling, Quchi, Jiache, Shaoshang, Shenmai, Huiyin and Haiquan ( Thirteen Evil Acupoints) , combined with cognitive therapy; the control group was given fluoxetine tablets orally; both treatments are 6 weeks. Results: After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 81. 58% in the treatment group and 63. 16% in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group ( P < 0. 05) . Both the treatment group and the control group could effectively reduce the HAMD score and increase the serum 5 - HT content of patients with significant difference ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Acupuncture at Thirteen Evil Acupoints combined with cognitive therapy is better than fluoxetine in the treatmentof depression of liver and qi stagnation.
