摘要:
目的 观 察 温 胆 汤 治 疗 ＣＯＰＤ 合 并 焦 虑 抑 郁 的 临 床 疗 效 。 方法 ４２ 例 ＣＯＰＤ 稳 定 期 患 者 随 机 分 为 对照 组 与 治 疗 组 ， 对 照 组 ２２ 例 ， 治 疗 组 ２０ 例 。 两 组 患 者 均 给 予 布 地 奈 德 福 莫 特 罗 （ ３２０ｕｇ／９ｕｇ） ２ 次 ／ 日 吸 入 ， 并 给予 抗 焦 虑 抑 郁 治 疗 ， 治 疗 组 在 上 述 治 疗 基 础 上 口 服 温 胆 汤 加 减 治 疗 ， ４ 周 为 一 疗 程 ， 比 较 两 组 治 疗 前 后 ６ＭＷＤ、ＦＥＶ１、 ＦＥＶ１／ ＦＶＣ、 ＨＡＭＤ 评 分 、 ＨＡＭＡ 评 分 变 化 。 结果 两 组 治 疗 后 ６ＭＷＤ、 ＦＥＶ１、 ＦＥＶ１／ ＦＶＣ 较 前 均 有 改 善 （ Ｐ＜０． ０５） ， ＨＡＭＡ 评 分 和 ＨＡＭＤ 评 分 均 较 前 降 低 （ Ｐ ＜ ０． ０５） ， 且 治 疗 组 ６ＭＷＤ、 ＦＥＶ１、 ＦＥＶ１／ ＦＶＣ 改 善 优 于 对 照组 （ Ｐ ＜０． ０５） ， ＨＡＭＡ 评 分 和 ＨＡＭＤ 评 分 与 对 照 组 比 较 显 著 降 低 （ Ｐ ＜０． ０５） 。 结论 温 胆 汤 治 疗 ＣＯＰＤ 合 并 焦 虑抑 郁 临 床 疗 效 显 著 。
Abstract:
To observe the clinical efficacy of Wendan Decoction in the treatment of COPD with anxiety and depression. Methods: 42 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 22 cases in control group and 20 cases in treatment group. Both groups were given budesonide formoterol ( 320ug/9ug) inhalation twice a day and anti - anxiety and depression treatment. The treatment group was treated with Wendan Decoction on the basis of the above treatment for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The changes of 6MWD, FEV1, FEV1/ FVC,HAMD score and HAMA score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, 6MWD, FEV1, FEV1/ FVC were improved in both groups ( P < 0. 05) , HAMA score and HAMD score were decreased ( P < 0. 05) , and the improvement of 6MWD, FEV1, FEV1/ FVC in treatment group was better than that in control group ( P < 0. 05) , HAMA score and HAMD score were better than those in control group ( P < 0. 05) . Compared with the control group, it was significantly lower ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Wendan Decoction is effective in treating COPD with anxiety and depression.
