摘要:
我国恶性肿瘤发病率上升，化疗不可或缺，化疗诱导的恶心呕吐是最早发生的不良反应，化疗期间患者常因药邪导致脾胃虚弱，口服用药难以服用，穴位贴敷疗法无首过效应，具穴位刺激和药物双重疗效，并有价廉、作用迅速、副反应少等优势，值得临床关注，本文首次述评了近 ３年年来国内相关领域的研究进展，并展望该领域今后有潜力的临床研究方向。
Abstract:
The incidence of malignant tumors in China is increasing, and chemotherapy is indispensable. Chemotherapy - induced nausea and vomiting are the earliest adverse reactions. During chemotherapy, patients often have weak spleen and stomach due to drug pathogen. Oral medication is difficult to take. Acupoint application therapy, has double effects of acupoint stimulation and drugs instead of first - pass effect, and has the advantages of low price, rapid effect and few side effects, which deserves clinical attention. In this paper, the research progress of related fields in China in the past three years is reviewed for the first time, and the potential clinical research direction in this field is prospected in the future.
