再论延安时期卫生工作的历史经验-《现代中医药》

摘要:: 延安,曾经是中央所在地,曾经是中国人民解放斗争的总后方?党中央和毛主席在延安时期非常关心劳动人民的健康工作,始终坚持党对卫生工作的领导,始终坚持从广大人民群众的利益出发,始终坚持防治结合预防为主的工作方针,始终坚持实事求是中西医学并重,始终坚持建立健全各级医疗卫生机构,逐步形成卫生健康工作网络等等?当时积累了许多宝贵经验,为制定党的各项卫生工作方针政策产生了深远的影响?今天,不忘初心,牢记使命,总结当时经验,建设和发展有中国特色的社会主义卫生事业,很有必要?

Abstract:: Yan’ an was once the site of the Central Committee and the headquarter of the Chinese people’ s liberation struggle. Party of Central Committee and Chairman Mao were very concerned about the health of the working people during their stay in Yan’ an. They consistently adhered to the party’ s leadership over health work, to people’ s interests priority,and the principle of combining prevention with control. In addition, they always insisted on seeking truth from facts and attaching equal importance to both Chinese and Western medicine, consistently establishing and improving the medical and health institutions at all levels, and a health work network was gradually formed. Many valuable experiences which were accumulated at that time had a profound impact on the foundation of the party’ s various health work policies. Today,it is necessary to bear in mind the mission, and to summarize the experience of that time, building a health service system characterized by Chinese socialist characteristics.
