摘要:
基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),探讨李佩文治疗非小细胞肺癌的用药规律,为非小细胞肺癌的治疗提供新思路?方法 通过回顾性研究方法,收集李佩文治疗非小细胞肺癌的门诊有效处方 83首,应用中医传承辅助平台构建李佩文治疗非小细胞肺癌的数据库?结果 对李佩文教授数据库中用药频次?四气五味归经?组方规律和新方进行分析,得出李佩文教授治疗非小细胞肺癌的常用药物有浙贝母?党参?金荞麦等 16种,核心药物组合中高频组合为浙贝母 -金荞麦,并得到 5个新处方?结论 以中医传承辅助系统为平台,应用数据挖掘方法较好的挖掘了李佩文教授治疗非小细胞肺癌用药规律,从热?痰?虚病理因素入手,以益气养阴?解毒散结为治疗大法?
Abstract:
Objective To explore the medication rule of the treatment of NSCLS( Non - Small Cell Lung Cancer) by Li Peiwen based on the TCMISS( V2. 5) and provide a new method to treat NSCLS. Method To collect the effective out -patient prescriptions of 83cases and set up a database by the TCMISS through a literature review. Result The commonly used medicine includes 16 types such as thunberg fritillary bulb, radix codonopsis; fagopyrum dibotrys etc. , among which the core combination of high frequency is thunberg fritillary bulb and fagopyrum dibotrys, 5 new prescriptions come out accordingly based on the analysis of the medication frequency, four qi and five tastes as well as the meridian tropism, the prescription regularity and new prescription. Conclusion This papaer explores the medication rule in the treatment of NSCLC by Professor Li Peiwen by means of the database and the TCMISS. The treatment is to benefit qi and nourish yin,and detoxify to remove the nodule with regard to the pathological factors like heat, phlegm and deficiency.
