摘要:
新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎属于中医疫病范畴,疫病的产生源于人体内外环境的改变?基于这一观点,根据五运六气中“三年化疫”理论及六淫致病规律,对新型冠状病毒感染的内外因素进行分析,提出了“内和外谐”的整体防治策略,分型以中草药内服调整脏腑气血阴阳倾移而成“内和”,寒湿郁肺型可选用麻黄加术汤合九味羌活汤加减;痰热壅肺型可选用麻杏石甘汤?宣白承气汤合凉膈散加减;湿阻中焦型可选用藿香正气散合麻杏薏甘汤加减;肺脾气虚型可选用沙参麦冬汤和香砂养胃丸加减;气阴两虚型可选用竹叶石膏汤和养阴清肺丸加减?同时使用芳香辟秽类中草药做烧薰?薰洗?香佩等治疗方式,改变人体体表湿温环境,致邪毒无适宜生存环境无法入侵人体相关脏器而造“外谐”,最终达到“内和外谐”的整体平衡状态以击败新型冠状病毒?
