摘要:
多囊卵巢综合征是育龄期妇女常见的、复杂的妇科内分泌疾病，严重影响患者身心健康及家庭关系的和谐，本病的病因病机多为肾虚痰湿瘀阻，其中肾虚为本，痰湿瘀阻为标，故临床多从补肾化痰祛瘀的角度论治疾病，以期为本病的诊疗提供新的方法与思路。
Abstract:
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common and complex gynecological endocrine disease in women of childbearing age，which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and the harmony of family relations. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are mostly kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness and blood stasis，of which kidney deficiency is the foundation and phlegm dampness and blood stasis is the standard. Therefore，the clinical treatment of the disease is mainly from the perspective of tonifying kidney，resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis，in order to provide new methods and ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
