Abstract:
Abstract:The research on the pathogenesis and pathophysiological mechanism of schizophrenic patients is not deep enough. The core of different studies and animal models is neural circuit disorder, which includes the imbalance between excitation and inhibition, the change of synaptic plasticity function, the change of neuronal local and projection circuit, the change of receptor expression level and gene change; It is mainly manifested in the adaptive changes of dopamine neuron function.
