摘 要：目的 观察腹股沟斜疝手术患者运用中西医结合护理干预的效果。方法 选择我院2018年2月—2019年10月收治的行腹腔镜下腹股沟斜疝手术的中老年男性患者65例，采用随机数字法分为治疗组30例和对照组35例。治疗组患者采用中西医结合护理模式，对照组患者施行常规护理模式，对比两组护理模式的效果。结果 治疗组患者手术前后疼痛评分低于对照组（P<0.05），术后睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组患者术后排气时间、住院时间短于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组患者并发症发生率为10.0%，优于对照组的43.0%（P<0.05）。结论 对腹股沟斜疝手术患者采用中西医结合护理干预，可以减轻患者的手术前后疼痛，降低并发症发生率，提高患者术后睡眠质量，提高生活质量和护理满意度，缩短住院时间，具有一定的临床推广价值。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with indirect inguinal hernia. Methods 65 middle-aged and elderly male patients who underwent laparoscopic indirect inguinal hernia surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing mode, and the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode. The effects of the two groups of nursing modes were compared. Results The pain scores before and after operation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the scores of postoperative sleep quality, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P<005); the postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the treatment group was 10.0%, which was better than 43.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with indirect inguinal hernia can reduce the pain before and after operation, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of postoperative sleep, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and shorten the length of hospital stay. It has a certain clinical value.
