摘 要：张仲景在前人基础上创立了六经辨证体系，虽在《伤寒论》原文中多次提到表里，但未在《伤寒论》中提出半表半里的说法，半表半里属于注家的演绎，从“少阳主枢”“少阳不可汗下”“往来寒热”“半在外半在里”四方面代表性原文，结合《黄帝内经》《神农本草经》分析少阳病与半表半里是不同的概念，不能混为一谈，并通过分析《伤寒论》原文溯源追流探析《伤寒论》中表里是相对的概念，少阳病相对太阳病而言病邪已入里，病位在经络肌腠分肉之间。
Abstract:
Abstract：ZHANG Zhongjing founded the syndrome differentiation system of the six meridian on the basis of his predecessors.Although the exterior and interior are mentioned many times in the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases，he did not put forward the saying of half exterior and half interior in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Half exterior and half interior belong to the deduction of commentators.They are representative original texts from four aspects: “Shaoyang is the main pivot”，“Sweating and purging are not allowed in Shaoyang”，“Cold and heat exchanges”，and “half outside and half inside”，Combined with the Huangdi Internal Classic and Shennong Materia Medica Classi c，it is analyzed that Shaoyang disease and half exterior and half interior are different concepts，which can not be confused.By analyzing the origin and tracing of the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases，it is analyzed that the exterior and interior are relative concepts in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Compared with Taiyang diseases，the disease evil has entered the interior，and the disease is located between the flesh of meridians and muscles.
